Brian is the President of Associated Staffing. He started the business in 1995 in Grand Island. He has developed the company into the Tri-City area’s largest employment service. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and continues to be very involved in the Grand Island community.
Nate joined Associated Staffing in October 2023 and brought over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations. He enjoys volunteering for Prairie Loft, as a drumline instructor for St. Cecelia High School, playing the drums for his local church and being a mentor for the TeamMates program. His hobbies include magic, drumming, reading, soccer, table tennis, ballroom dancing and disc golf. He and his wife have been married for over 10 years, have two children and make their home in Hastings.
Heidi is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for Grow Grand Island and on the team developing the EDGE Program. She is also on the State of Nebraska Board of Directors for the JAG Program (Jobs for American Graduates), Skills USA Job Interview Coordinator for the State Competition, volunteer for the Nebraska State Fair Recycled Garden and is active in other community organizations as well as her church. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Heartland United Way, Association of Child Abuse Prevention, Global Leadership Summit Coordinator and was a Chamber Ambassador. She and her husband are empty nesters and live out of Grand Island. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, riding UTVs, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Travis joined Associated Staffing in 2007 as a Professional Recruiter. In 2008, he was promoted to IT Manager before becoming the Business Risk Manager. He was promoted in January 2018 to Business Director. Travis is involved with the Grand Island Young Professionals and serves as Treasurer of the Board for Hall County Leadership Tomorrow. He is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow Class 29. Travis lives in Grand Island with his wife and three children.
Bridgett joined Associated Staffing in 2021 and brought over 20 years of marketing, advertising, graphic design, event planning and public relations experience with her. Originally from NW Indiana, she moved to Nebraska in 2010 and lives in Kearney with her family and Dachshunds and offices out of our Kearney branch. In her free time, she likes to watch her kids play sports, travel and scrapbook.
Linda has over 25 years of accounting experience. Prior to coming to Associated Staffing, she was the Accounts Payable Clerk for Thompson Company for 14 years. She currently lives in Grand Island and helps run her husband’s trucking company. She enjoys reading and spending time with her children, grandchildren and dogs.
Michaela has been with Associated Staffing since 2021. She is passionate about fitness and worked in the fitness and physical therapy industries before joining Associated Staffing. She lives in Grand Island with her husband and three kids. She loves spending time with her family outdoors, shopping and being with friends. She attends Messiah Lutheran Church, is a part of the Abundant Life Worship Team and is also a member of the Grand Island Liederkranz.
Rob joined Associated Staffing in May 2014. He is a graduate of Dana College where he majored in economics, marketing and business administration. Before coming on board with Associated Staffing, Rob was self-employed for more than 10 years. He owns Riedy Enterprises, Inc., a residential and commercial rental property business. Rob lives in Grand Island with his wife.
Chris joined Associated Staffing in January 2023. He previously held a position as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in Omaha in 2012. He has an entrepreneurial background and extensive sales experience. Over the last three years, he has found a passion for photography and videography and still films weddings and events on weekends. His hobbies include weightlifting, shooting guns at the range, reading, learning new things, spending quality time with family and filming his travels around the world.
Natalia joined Associated Staffing in 1998 as a Bilingual Employment Coordinator. She was promoted to Senior Recruiter and then to Operations Manager in November 2017. Prior to Associated Staffing, she lived in Hawaii and worked in customer service at Military Base AAFES. Originally from El Paso, Texas, she has lived in Grand Island since 1998. She has been a part of Habitat for Humanity since 2004 and currently serves on the Family Selection committees. She is also very involved in the Hispanic community and with her church. She lives in Grand Island with her husband and enjoys helping people and traveling.
Lupe joined Associated Staffing in June 2016. Prior to joining the Associated Staffing family, she worked at Gibbon Packing Company as a Human Resources Recruiter. She also has 10 years of management experience in the food industry and six years of production management support. She loves children, music, dancing and taking walks. She is a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Wood River where she lives with her family.
Taylor joined Associated Staffing in 2022. She has a very bubbly personality and likes to see people happy and successful. She spends her spare time with her German Shephard who keeps her very busy.
Odalis joined Associated Staffing in 2022. Before Associated Staffing, she worked as a Nurse Aide for a nursing agency in Nebraska. She has also worked for her father’s family business, Sanchez Plaza. She is outgoing and sweet, loves helping others and always has a smile on her face. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Rosa became a part of the Associated Staffing family in December 2022. Before this, she worked for Grand Island Public Schools. She’s originally from Guatemala and has been living in Grand Island since 2000. She loves to sing and serves in the praise ministry at church with her husband. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband and two children to make great memories.
Jordan joined Associated Staffing in January 2023. He has 10 years of management experience in retail. He enjoys time with his three kids and likes playing golf in his free time.
Michelle joined Associated Staffing in November 2019. She has over 24 years of management and over 17 years of staffing and human resources experience. She is active in the community planning and hosting fundraisers for people in need. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She lives in Kearney and enjoys camping and racing with her family.
Wendy has been with Associated Staffing since March 1998. She joined the company as a Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Recruiter in October 2017. She has years of customer service experience and building relationships in the Hastings area. She strives to help others and is involved in community and church activities. She also enjoyed attending her children’s activities, listening to music, being outdoors, riding horses and spending time with her family and friends.
Lorie joined Associated Staffing in 2024. She worked in property management for 13 years. She lives in Hastings with her husband and Golden Retriever. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Jason has been with Associated Staffing since October 2017. He has over 20 years of sales and customer service experience as well as 10 years of experience in the hospitality/timeshare industry working as a Sales and Marketing Manager in Orlando, Florida. He enjoys playing golf, spending time with his niece and nephew and cheering on the Huskers. He was born and raised in Kearney and proud to call it home again.
Ricardo joined Associated Staffing in 2021 and was an ATM Sales and Account Manager for three years prior to that. He is bilingual in English and Spanish. He lives in Gibbon and enjoys coaching sports and helping his community in his spare time. He also likes to cheer on the Huskers on Saturdays and the Green Bay Packers on Sundays.
Keri became a part of the Associated Staffing family in November 2022. She brought over 20 years of customer service, team building and leadership experience and was a General Manager in the retail industry. She is very passionate about developing and mentoring her team. She and her husband have three children. Her favorite pastime is being with her family and friends and she enjoys camping, hiking and working out.
Jonathan joined Associated Staffing in 2023. He is a 2021 business graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he represented the UNO Soccer Team and played for four years. Soccer and coaching are his passions, and he enjoys working out and traveling in his free time. Growing up in Omaha has given him an opportunity to volunteer at a variety of community organizations and he is currently an assistant coach for the Millard South Soccer Team.
Abby joined Associated Staffing in 2019 and was in sales before that for over 10 years. She lives in Columbus with her family. In her free time, you can find her playing volleyball, crafting and spending time with her family and friends relaxing at their cabin.
Diana joined Associated Staffing in September 2023. She graduated in 2018 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Diana has a background in customer service and sales. Diana also has a background in wildland firefighting in the state of Colorado and currently serves her Columbus community as a reserve firefighter. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her dog Rocky, having new experiences, shopping at hobby lobby, traveling, exercising, training at the fire department, and spending time with her family and friends.
A Nebraska native and graduate of Hastings College, Joal understands the local job market and is vested in the region he represents. He has extensive recruitment, business development and leadership experience. Prior to joining Associated Staffing in 2017, he was a Regional Account Manager with Aureus Medical Group as well as a Director of Lifegate Church in Omaha, Nebraska. He is an expert in his field dedicated to building long-term strategic partnerships with his clients and passionate about consulting candidates on making successful career changes to improve their future, finances and family life.
Joal specializes in Industrial Maintenance and Production Leadership.
Erin has been with Associated Staffing since 2018. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She has been working in the Human Resources field since 2004 and loves to see people thrive in their careers. Her interests include church and school activities, being outdoors, riding horses, running and spending time with family and friends.
RanDee joined Associated Staffing in December 2023. Her experience includes being a Radiologic Technologist at Central Nebraska Orthopedics in Grand Island as well as a Health and Wellness Coach empowering moms and women in their wellness journeys. She holds a Bachelors in Radiation Science from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is passionate about her community and coaches youth volleyball for the South Central Volleyball Club and her daughter’s school team and is an active member of the Music Boosters at her kids' school. She has been married for 14 years, has three children and another one on the way. She enjoys farm life with her family outside of Trumbull and playing volleyball, working out, fishing, going to the pool and shopping.
