Associated Staffing is reaching a sector of the workforce that we have not been able to reach. Even with a dedicated Human Resources Department, focused and strategic recruiting strategies and community outreach, there are always better ways to reach those in the workforce. Associated Staffing has given us that edge. Not everyone in the workforce thinks of a school as a viable employment option outside of being a teacher. They opened up another avenue to expose potential workers to our industry. They are another level of accountability in hiring. We are seeing fewer open positions and a higher retention/conversion rate with those hired by ASI. Not only do they screen and suggest qualified applicants, they support those hires in harmony with our goals.
